Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Axelyne Sport through the website axelynesport.ch. By placing an order, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.
Subject
Axelyne Sport sells clothing and accessories for the practice of figure skating and related sports activities. The characteristics of the products are described in the respective technical data sheets on the Site. Product images are indicative and may not perfectly reflect the actual shades due to the settings of the device used by the user.
Orders
The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the order confirmation by email. Axelyne Sport reserves the right to refuse orders that present anomalies, incomplete data or suspected fraud. Prices shown on the Site are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated separately during the checkout process.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are:
• Bank transfer: the order is processed after receipt of payment. Bank details are communicated by email at the time of the order.
• Cash on delivery: available only for shipments within Switzerland. The total amount, including any fee, is to be paid directly to the courier.
Axelyne Sport uses encrypted SSL/TLS connections to protect payment data. We do not store credit card data.
Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made through selected couriers (Swiss Post or private courier) to the address indicated by the user during the order. Estimated delivery times are:
• Switzerland: 2-4 working days.
• European Union: 5-10 working days.
• Rest of the world: 10-20 working days.
Axelyne Sport is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Swiss law, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written communication to info@axelynesport.ch. The product must be returned intact, unused, with all labels and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the user, unless the product is defective. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Warranty and conformity
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). In case of non-conformity, the user is entitled to repair, replacement or price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. To activate the warranty, contact info@axelynesport.ch attaching photos of the defect and a copy of the order.
Limitation of liability
Axelyne Sport is liable only for direct and foreseeable damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. It is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, lost earnings or business interruption. Axelyne Sport's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific order.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Axelyne Sport or their respective owners and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, to which reference is made for all details.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms, the court of the domicile of Axelyne Sport in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal obligations.
Changes
Axelyne Sport reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site. Users are invited to consult this page periodically.
